2. Location of TecfaMOO

TecfaMOO is located at: tecfamoo.unige.ch 7777
In order to connect to the TecfaMOO you first should get a client (see below) or have a Java-enabled WWW browser.

Try the applets on the TecfaMOO Connection Page.

3. Mud/MOO Clients (Get one !)

See the "Introduction" Chapter in The evolving TecfaMOO book - part II Technical Manuel .
Also, you can consult our MUD page, part of Educational Technology VL page for pointers). At Tecfa we use the Emacs rmoo client on Unix (Tiny Fugue for secure remote login), Muddweller on MACs, MudWin on Windows and TkMOO-light on all platforms. (The versions we use are available in our FTP directory, i.e. check the /pub/software/{...}mud-clients directories.)
Just to glance at TecfaMOO, you can use a telnet connection, note however that output will mix with your input on your screen.
