September, 17, 2021: I will give a keynote talk at WACAI (Workshop sur les "Affects, Compagnons Artificiels et Interactions), entitled: "Agents intelligents et récits interactifs : une relation riche et tumultueuse" (Intelligent Agents and Interactive Narrative: a rich and tumultuous relationship).

Teaching:

F U TU R E

Vision:

Algorithm and user interaction, to me, are two essential facets of Information Technologies in that they can be used to invent new ways of learning and communication, such as interactive narrative or video games.

Despite that the complexity of algorithmic thinking has only reinforced the traditional division between creators and consumers, I see the access to "algorithmic communication" by a larger public including teachers, artists and activists, as the cornerstone of the evolution of technologies.
