Allopatric speciation as model of evolution in distributed teams

A few speclusions

Necessity and conditions for a fecund flow of ideas.

• Flux of ideas isn't enough

species criteria : fecund descendants :

• You want an exchange of fecund ideas
• Fecund ideas are capables of producing new ideas when combining with others.
• Obstacles :

• -Too similar : nothing new
  - Too different : rejected
  (cf sympatric speciation)

• Recombination and idea flux possible if :

• -Different ideas
  -Trust
  -Open-mindedness

One can only learn from those we consider worth listening to !
