Session management

• session-count.* is a simple example that shows how to program a counter that increases each time a users accesses the page.
• session-count-expire.* shows how to play with expirations. (NOT done yet, maybe it will never work :)
• mcq-generator.* is a little MCQ generator that does work. But you need to edit php code.
