In the extensive use of learning technologies relying on wide-scale telepresence, the role of people who can facilitate on-line working will become crucial. As Heinz Gerber pointed out (cf. 4.4.6), there is a need to draw up a list of requirements of essential skills for TeleTutors and to provide a satisfactory scheme to develop such skills. This is one potential example of sharing the load of learning between companies.
