The "Stairway to Heaven" scene is loosely based on a work by David R. Nadeau

I did take the original at http://www.sdsc.edu/siggraph96vrml/

However, I was not able to contact the author to know more about
copyright information. But, as the original site was a VRML course
I assume you can use this scene as long as you don't make money out of it.
