Citation Styles

There are two citation styles currently available within the <#712#>harvard<#712#>\ family, <#713#>agsm<#713#> (used in this document) and <#714#>dcu<#714#> which for the previous example would produce:
The \ (##btxdoc, ##btxdoc) and LaTeX\ (##latex, ##latex, Annex~B) manuals ...
and for multiple citations such as verbatim15 the <#715#>agsm<#715#> citation style produces
The original documentation (##btxdoc ##btxdoc, ##latex ##latex) say ...
and the <#716#>dcu<#716#> citation style produces
The original documentation (##btxdoc, ##btxdoc; ##latex, ##latex) say ...
The default citation style is <#717#>agsm<#717#> and both styles have no effect on the appearance of the <#718#>#tex2html_wrap_inline837#citeasnoun<#718#> citation format. These styles are invoked by the <#719#>#tex2html_wrap_inline839#citationstyle<#719#> command, for example: verbatim16 Because these styles affect the format of parenthetical citations, this command should appear before any <#720#>#tex2html_wrap_inline841#cite<#720#> commands. Additionally the citation style may be selected by passing an option to the <#721#>#tex2html_wrap_inline843#usepackage<#721#> command that invokes the <#722#>harvard<#722#>\ package. In order to avoid name clashes with the <#723#>agsm<#723#> and <#724#>dcu<#724#> bibliography styles the options <#725#>agsmcite<#725#> and <#726#>dcucite<#726#> are used with the <#727#>#tex2html_wrap_inline845#usepackage<#727#> command in order to select <#728#>agsm<#728#> and <#729#>dcu<#729#> citation modes respectively.
