Citation Styles

There are two citation styles currently available within the <#264#>harvard<#264#>\ family, <#265#>agsm<#265#> (used in this document) and <#266#>dcu<#266#> which for the previous example would produce:
The <#269#>@fontB<#267#>ib<#267#>T<#268#>E<#268#>X<#269#> \ (##btxdoc, ##btxdoc) and LaTeX\ (##latex, ##latex, Annex~B) manuals ...
and for multiple citations such as verbatim7 the <#270#>agsm<#270#> citation style produces
The original documentation (##btxdoc ##btxdoc, ##latex ##latex) say ...
and the <#271#>dcu<#271#> citation style produces
The original documentation (##btxdoc, ##btxdoc; ##latex, ##latex) say ...
The default citation style is <#272#>agsm<#272#> and both styles have no effect on the appearance of the <#273#>#tex2html_wrap_inline392#citeasnoun<#273#> citation format. These styles are invoked by the <#274#>#tex2html_wrap_inline394#citationstyle<#274#> command, for example: verbatim8 Because these styles affect the format of parenthetical citations, this command should appear before any <#275#>#tex2html_wrap_inline396#cite<#275#> commands. Additionally the citation style may be selected by passing an option to the <#276#>#tex2html_wrap_inline398#usepackage<#276#> command that invokes the <#277#>harvard<#277#>\ package. In order to avoid name clashes with the <#278#>agsm<#278#> and <#279#>dcu<#279#> bibliography styles the options <#280#>agsmcite<#280#> and <#281#>dcucite<#281#> are used with the <#282#>#tex2html_wrap_inline400#usepackage<#282#> command in order to select <#283#>agsm<#283#> and <#284#>dcu<#284#> citation modes respectively.
